A leading design and build firm in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-specification projects from inception to completion. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our high‑specification projects. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal and external teams, and driving compliance and safety across all activities.
We expect you to have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. You must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adopting a client‑focused approach. You will need exceptional organisational and problem‑solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail. A commitment to continuous professional development is also essential. You should be passionate about promoting and demonstrating company values.
