The Firm:
Our client is one of the fastest-growing firms in the City, with significant investment behind the growth of their Private Capital practice, producing an exciting range of work in their Banking & Finance team. They have particular strengths in working on real estate finance, debt finance, acquisition and project finance, and corporate lending.
The firm represents an excellent long-term option for a junior to mid-level associate, safe in the knowledge that the firm has a track record of nurturing and developing their lawyers and promoting from within. The firm also offers a good work/life balance, exposure to a range of international work, and one of the best bonus structures in the City.
The Role:
Joining a busy and tight-knit team, you will be afforded high levels of autonomy and exposed to clients from an early stage.
Responsibilities will include:
The team has advised a range of high-profile clients including leading Premier League football clubs and sports teams, renewable energy companies, real estate investment companies, and international hotel groups.
About You:
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance. This could be gained across a range of areas including Real Estate Finance, Debt Finance, Structured Finance, and Corporate Lending. This is a broad role and you will be exposed to a range of different transactions, specializing around the 6-7PQE mark.
You will be someone that is proactive, with a clear growth mindset and who relishes the idea of an environment without the hierarchy of 'Big Law,' where you see a genuine work/life balance while working on a range of high-profile and international transactions.
