Senior Paralegal / Legal Executive

Premier Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, multi-office law firm based in Docklands to recruit a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive for their busy Litigation department.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional with at least 5 years of experience to provide essential support in a dynamic litigation team. Working closely with a senior lawyer, you will assist in managing a diverse caseload across landlord and tenant, property disputes, general contractual disputes, debt recovery, and some employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in case preparation and legal research
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents
3. Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
4. Liaising with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals
5. Supporting trial preparation
6. Strong knowledge of CPR (Civil Procedure Rules) preferred

Who We're Looking For:

1. Experienced Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive with a strong litigation background
2. Solid understanding of legal procedures and terminology
3. Excellent research and legal drafting skills
4. Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
