Job Description:

We are working with a law firm based in Greater Belfast for a Solicitor, Paralegal, or Legal Executive to join their Employment team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a respected employment team handling claimant-based cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and settlement agreements. The individual will assist with Tribunal claims from start to finish.

The candidate will be responsible for advising on employment law matters, drafting tailored legal documents, and conducting advocacy.

Requirements:
  • Employment experience or interest in an employment career;
  • Claimant experience desired but not imperative;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
