Respected law firm with their roots planted firmly in the local community are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Executive to join their Buxton office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a legal practice that has been established for over 150 years and has built up a loyal and high net-worth client base across Cheshire.

As a Private Client Legal Executive, your main duties may include:

• Preparation of client wills
• Inheritance tax mitigation
• Lifetime trusts
• Administration of estates and trusts
• Preparing and registering Lasting Power of Attorney
• Application to the Court of Protection

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Private Client law, can handle their files with sensitivity, is able to prioritise their own time well, and is looking to take the next step in their career and head the overall department.
