As a Digital Marketing Consultant you will drive the growth and success of our Customers by inspiring them and leading them to successful outcomes with Personalisation and Testing strategy. In this role you will be a key contributor to enhancing the value of Monetate to clients, increasing client maturity, and identifying ways to enhance our client lifecycle. You will act as trusted advisor who will build meaningful client relationships, deliver measurable value, and accelerate our Customers’ journey towards outcomes and success.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with clients to define success and turn Personalisation and Testing strategies into roadmaps for increasing maturity and value from the Monetate platform.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge testing and personalisation strategies to drive client success.
- Act as a visionary thought-leader, inspiring clients to take decisive actions based on personalised strategies crafted for their unique needs.
- Lead workshops and ideation sessions to share insights and collaborate with team members on refining testing and personalisation strategies.
- Ensure quality delivery of strategic engagements, internal processes, and organisational improvements that are backed by data to drive retention and ROI.
- Continuously focus on increasing client satisfaction, deepening client relationships, and helping clients improve their CX maturity through world class strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Success, and Professional Services) to deliver continuous improvements to process, deliverables, and client engagements.
- Analyse data & insights to develop best practices and continued thought leadership to our clients and throughout the organisation.
- Meet with prospects to communicate the value provided by Strategy Consulting and Services.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in client facing roles, such as consulting or other agency related roles.
- 3-5 years experience in personalisation, digital strategy, conversion rate optimisation and/or MarTech.
- Experience in crafting and executing successful testing and personalisation strategies, with a focus on A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, ROI modeling, and segmentation.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence clients towards strategic actions through personalised consulting approaches.
- Proven success in improving conversion rates and other typical website metrics by developing and delivering strategic roadmaps.
- Deep experience with analytical story-telling/constructing the story behind the numbers.
- Adept at managing client relations and projects, with the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and clients, guide change management, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to present and deliver program roadmaps and insights to a variety of audiences up to the executive-level.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with marketing techniques related to optimisation, targeting, segmentation, and testing.
- Expertise in 1P data collection and activation strategies, including audience segmentation for personalisation experiences.
- Strong ability to problem solve and understand complex business requirements to drive high impact customer experiences.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to non-technical stakeholders.
