The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our passionate team. Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities alongside following up and nurturing marketing qualified leads via phone and online meetings. You will need to maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closed/won. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will develop and execute sales plans to promote growth, foster client relationships, and ultimately help more children access the support they need. Your work will directly impact children's lives, making a meaningful difference every day.
