The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our passionate team. Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities alongside following up and nurturing marketing qualified leads via phone and online meetings. You will need to maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closed/won. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will develop and execute sales plans to promote growth, foster client relationships, and ultimately help more children access the support they need. Your work will directly impact children's lives, making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Positioning: Position Mable Therapy as a thought leader in online therapy services, collaborating with marketing to craft compelling, research-backed content.
  • Opportunity Identification: Gather market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead product demonstrations and presentations online and at events
  • Sales Culture: Foster a high-performance sales environment through collaboration, trust, and a customer-centric approach to providing solutions
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in a new business sales role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly and articulate creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in using a CRM system.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in children's lives.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
