An incredibly exciting EA role has come up, supporting the Founder and CEO of a Tech Start-Up company. A growing and expanding company, super dynamic and very fast paced. Offices are based near Oxford Circus and there is a hybrid working model in place.

This role will suit a confident and personable candidate who has enough EA experience to hit the ground running and who has bags of initiative to not ask too many questions. The Principal requires a mix of business and private support, the majority being business focused. They travel to the USA frequently and there will be opportunities for the EA to accompany them on these trips.

• Provide executive assistance to the CEO
• Complex calendar management and meeting scheduling (business and personal)
• Inbox and communication management – filtering, drafting, and handling correspondence with absolute discretion
• Gatekeeping
• Preparing CEO for internal and external meetings, including with sales prospects, and handling all follow up
• Manage all aspects of complex travel logistics, and ensure all trips are a success - including weekly overnight trips to London, regular visits to the US office, and travel to industry events
• Occasional international travel to accompany CEO on business trips
• Assist with personal affairs - childcare arrangements, personal travel, errands, coordinating with husband’s EA etc
• All other traditional EA duties Support with the wider business as needed

• Have experience working within a start up
• Have supported at C suite level
• Be a very strong communicator
• Be able to handle pace!
