IT Technician - Leeds - £26,000K

An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for an IT Technician to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide first and second line support with some experience in desktop support, network, and storage infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
• Office 365 management.
• Log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
• Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
• Active Directory user and computer administration.
• Windows Server administration.
• Proven experience working within IT service delivery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi.
• Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
• Configure/maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals as instructed.
