The Senior Brand and Intelligence Manager is a key member of Ferrero’s team, accountable for equipping the Group’s management with essential information, knowledge, and insights derived from diverse internal and external data sources. Using advanced critical thinking tools and methodologies, you will transform complex data into strategical intelligence, assisting informed decision-making across the business.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams both in the UK and globally, ensuring data-driven insights shape Ferrero’s strategical direction and operational excellence.
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in consumer insights or CSU, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You should have expertise in analysing retail and consumer panel data, as well as experience with econometrics and pricing tools. A solid understanding of both statistical and quantitative research methodologies is essential. Success in this role requires the ability to translate large volumes of data into strategical insights that drive business decisions.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker with strong strategical skills, capable of leveraging data to inform planning and execution. You should be a strong communicator with established people management skills, able to work cross-functionally and build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and influence decision-making at multiple levels is highly valued.
Experience in the confectionery or broader FMCG industry is advantageous. Additionally, a proactive mindset, a passion for insights-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive collaboration across teams will be key to success in this role.
