Salary: c£23,000 Basic likely OTE £27,000 plus Quality Car & Excellent Benefits Package

This Company is looking to recruit an individual who has some “gravitas” and clear potential, who can pick things up quickly, and who can be trained to develop an interest in all areas of the Company’s business while building long-term business relationships with customers.
The role will be field-based and will involve selling a wide range of market-leading products in the safety products, street furniture, and related products market sector to a diverse customer base in the Central Southern and South East England Region. Ideal locations will be in Berks, Surrey, North Hants & the Northern Areas of West Sussex.
Full training will be provided, which may involve time away from home to ensure complete training before managing the region covering Oxon, Bucks, Berks, Hants, Surrey, and Sussex.
The key requirements for this role include a positive and inquisitive nature, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to integrate into different teams while being managed and developed by the Company’s Sales Management team.
Ideally, candidates should have some experience in sales, a commercial role, or sales administration, and be a Graduate or a “Graduate calibre” individual looking to build a career in Sales.
While some commercial, managerial, or sales experience is preferred, the client values a positive attitude, intelligence, enthusiasm, and a desire to develop a long-term career in Sales with an excellent Company.
