Job description

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Head of Partner Marketing to develop and lead the strategy that drives growth through our partner network - whether that's strategic alliances, technology partners or agencies. You'll work hand in hand with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to co-create campaigns and position our brand and products to achieve maximum impact. You'll play a critical role in the energy transition, creating value for customers and society through decarbonisation and energy efficiency.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
  1. Define and deliver the partner marketing strategy, to drive brand awareness, loyalty and sales in alignment with company goals.
  2. Plan and execute joint go-to-market campaigns with partners from co-branded content to lead generation.
  3. Act as a strategic marketing contact for key partners and build joint business plans.
  4. Work cross functionally with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Track, analyse and report on partner marketing performance metrics, optimising for growth and ROI.
  6. Oversee brand activation and sponsorship budget ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Are we the perfect match?
  1. Experience scaling partner marketing and brand activation in a high growth or international business environment.
  2. Track record of delivering co-branded multi-channel campaigns.
  3. Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Commercially minded, data driven and highly organised.
  5. Knowledge of lead generation, content marketing & joint business planning.
  6. Ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed and high growth environment.
It would be great if you had:
  1. Familiarity with Partner management tools (Salesforce, Hubspot or similar).
  2. Strong strategic thinker paired with hands on delivery.

Location - London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB, with travel to other sites when required.

Working environment: Flexible hybrid working - a blend of in the office and home working.

Work life balance - we work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to service our customers and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.
