Telesales Executive - Outbound Calls (Environmental Sector)
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Salary: OTE £30,000 - £35,000
Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and well-established environmental company based in Winchester, who is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their expanding team.

This is an outbound calling role focused on appointment setting. You will be speaking with potential business clients, introducing the company's environmental services, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective business clients
2. Set qualified appointments for the field sales team
3. Follow structured scripts and adapt your approach to each call
4. Log calls and track progress using CRM systems
5. Work towards appointment and conversion targets

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling or appointment setting
2. Confident and professional telephone manner
3. Self-motivated and target-driven
4. Strong communication and organisational skills
5. An interest in environmental or sustainability services is desirable
