Are you a Mechanical Contracts Manager with proven experience managing Self Delivery Mechanical works for MTC Framework Contracts looking to join one of the longest standing, most reputable building companies in Northern Ireland that have worked on prestigious projects from Belfast City Hall to the Opera House?

In this role you will be responsible for the management of an internal Mechanical Projects Delivery Team across a variety of Framework Contracts.

This role would suit a Mechanical Contracts Manager with proven experience managing Self Delivery Mechanical works for MTC Framework Contracts Minor Works projects, including within live buildings.

The Role

• Manage mechanical contracts from tender stage through to completion.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

The Person

• Experience in mechanical contracting or building services management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
