Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Construction Manager to join their refurbishment team.

In this role, you will be responsible for several refurbishment roofing & cladding sites across the South of England. Your primary focus will be to manage the subcontracted labour on site in accordance with the project deliverables, health & safety, and quality.

The Role:

1. Managing several refurbishment roofing & cladding projects simultaneously
2. Take responsibility for onsite H&S, Quality, and compliance
3. Build effective relationships with other departments, subcontractors, and clients
4. Office-based near Aylesbury, daily site travel across the South of England with occasional staying away

The Person:

1. Site Manager/Construction Manager
2. Experience in roofing or cladding projects
3. Full UK Driving license
