Senior Construction Manager

Exciting Senior Construction Manager opportunity delivering key CAT A, CAT B and Cut & Carve fit out projects for a leading worldwide Tier 1 business.

About the role of Senior Construction Manager:

Working on commercial fit out projects valued upwards of £20 million across central London.

Responsibilities for Senior Construction Manager:

1. Playing an active part in delivery on site
2. Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
3. Providing leadership and direction to sub contractors
4. Helping to devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Requirements for Senior Construction Manager:

1. Experience delivering key projects from cradle to grave
2. Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
3. CAT A, CAT B and cut & carve experience on projects valued at least £20 million
4. Comfortable leading teams
