As an English and Maths Tutor, you'll play a crucial role in helping Year 11 students boost their confidence and academic performance. You will:

1. Deliver focused 1:4 tutoring sessions in both subjects.
2. Work with pre-planned Maths materials and 50% planned English content.
3. Provide additional guidance and support to help students reach their goals.
4. Use your initiative to adapt teaching strategies for different learning styles.
5. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to inspire students.

You don't need to be a qualified teacher, but you must be:

1. Patient, engaging, and passionate about education.
2. Able to motivate and inspire students of different abilities.
3. Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to tailor learning support.
4. A team player, committed to making a real difference in students' lives.

1. Ensure that you will have your own dedicated consultant who will provide ongoing support and guidance.
