The Opportunity

Five Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant (SEMH Learning Support Assistant) to work with students facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and trauma-related needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for an empathetic and patient individual who wants to provide both academic and emotional support to vulnerable students.
You will play a key role in supporting students' learning, managing behavior, and fostering a safe and positive school environment. Working closely with teachers, you will help tailor lessons to meet individual needs and support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to encourage their academic and personal growth.
