Role overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative salesforce professional to help us to deliver best in class processes and solutions, based on the Salesforce platform. This will be a hybrid role building on Salesforce as part of the team supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Marketing Cloud but also developing functionality to integrate with existing market leading Azure cloud applications.

Skills / Experience required:

• Responsible for working on all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code.
• Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, LWC and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements.
• Utilising industry best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
• Seek out ways to utilise SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related subject or equivalent business experience.
• ADM201 / other Salesforce certification and/or relevant Trailhead track record.
• More than 2 years of Salesforce Developer experience.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce organisation administration and declarative development.
• Good command of SOQL.
• Solid understanding and comprehensive experience implementing the Salesforce.com architecture, APIs and Processes.
• Experience working with complex Flows and custom solutions.
• Experience with Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework, writing Visualforce and Apex classes, test classes, suites and Apex triggers.
• Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async (scripted data loader, web services, cloud middleware) and platform events.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Data extensions and Journey builder.
• Proficiency in using SQL for Marketing Cloud Data Extensions.
• Experience with agile software development lifecycle.
• Significant experience in building in Experience Cloud.
• Release Management exposure in past roles, useful to have experience using Copado.
• Property / Conveyancing industry background would be highly desirable.
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
