Are you an enthusiastic and passionate English educator looking for an opportunity to inspire young minds? Teaching Personnel is seeking an English Cover Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in Horsham. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher (FQT or ECT), as well as an experienced Cover Supervisor with relevant subject knowledge.
As an English Cover Teacher, you will:
A Qualified Teacher (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or experienced Cover Supervisor with a strong passion for English.
Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities, fostering enthusiasm for English literature and language.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teaching.
Previous experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 is desirable.
