We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Surveyor with RICS certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property assessment, valuation, and compliance, ensuring that all surveying activities meet the highest professional standards. • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess structural integrity and identify defects.
• Provide accurate property valuations in line with RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book).
• Prepare detailed HomeBuyer Reports, Building Surveys, and valuation documentation for clients.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with RICS regulations and uphold ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, providing professional guidance.
• Identify property-related risks and propose appropriate remedial actions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, building codes, and surveying best practices.
• Participate in continuous professional development to maintain RICS membership status.

• Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Real Estate, or related field from an RICS-accredited programme.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property surveying, with a proven track record of inspections and valuations.
• Proficient in surveying tools, reporting software, and general office applications.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
