monday.com is looking for a talented Scale Account Manager who will manage relationships with our existing clients. You'll join our consulting team based in London, England.

About The Role

  1. The Commercial Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  2. Proactively own and manage a portfolio of SMB, Mid Market and enterprise-level accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and influencer.
  3. Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  4. Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
  5. Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organisation.
  6. Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organisations to generate awareness and drive usage of monday.com.
  7. Partner with others at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2 years of B2B SaaS sales, account management or consulting experience working with mid-size accounts (up to 1000 users).
  2. Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
  3. Prior experience in Strategy consulting - advantage.
  4. Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  5. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic.

Internal requirements

Minimum criteria:

  1. 3+ performance rating (hitting target consistently).
  2. 1.5 years in seat.
  3. Same location.
  4. Has had permission to apply from conversations with HRBP and manager.
