You'll be joining our Marketing team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

• The role is permanent and full time.
• Hybrid working arrangements - 1 day in the office.

Your future, your role

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be:

• Driving marketing initiatives and supporting individual dental practices across multiple areas to accelerate business growth.
• Building strong relationships with Director of Operations (DORs) and Area Development Managers (ADMs) to understand challenges and develop tailored marketing plans for practices.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and providing regular reports for steercos and regional meetings.
• Overseeing the execution of digital marketing initiatives for practices, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Managing and developing your team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your skills:

• Marketing experience (5+ years).
• Experience managing and driving a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
