Job description

At Paessler, effective email marketing is core to our success. As an Email Marketing Manager you will lead our email programs; helping to drive revenue growth across both our new business and expansion funnels. From building effective nurture campaigns that convert trialists to paying customers, through to campaigns that engage with our customers and drive expansion opportunities, your focus will be on campaign creation, A/B testing, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement. The role sits within our Marketing Operations Team.

YOUR TASKS
Strategy
  • Work with our Marketing Leadership to develop email marketing strategies that support our revenue goals across our new, expansion and renewal funnels.
  • Segment our leads and customers to deliver targeted campaigns that maximize engagement.
Management
  • Build, run and optimize email campaigns across various customer journeys, including free trial users, freeware users, customers, and channel partners.
  • Work with our content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure emails are appealing, engaging, and on-brand.
A/B Testing & Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to assess and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor results and implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to provide actionable insights that inform future strategies.
  • Generate regular reports to track progress and recommend areas for improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or a technology environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and email compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
  • A data-driven approach, and an ability to analyze / interpret data into meaningful insights that influence strategy.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple campaigns and never lose attention to detail.
  • Excellent copywriting ability (English).
