Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage and optimise Paid Social activity across EMEA
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team and international peers in North America and Asia Pacific
  • Own the Paid Social strategy to align with team OKRs
  • Demonstrate expertise in audience segmentation for use across all channels

  • Build knowledge of products and business to shape strategies
  • Work with external partners and suppliers

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Expert user of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
  • A data-led approach, with the ability to identify issues/opportunities in paid activity
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and with peers in other regions
  • Experience in building and nurturing audiences, in-platform or with third-party tools
  • Ownership of budgets and strategy for similarly sized accounts
  • Expertise in platforms and tools that deliver results
  • A desire to learn about Twilio’s evolving business and products
  • Hands-on experience with other paid channels, particularly Google Display
  • Working knowledge of Segment (or other CDPs)
  • German, French, or other EMEA language skills
