Assistant Marketing Manager

We’re hiring for a Marketing Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a global healthcare business during a key period of international activity.

This fully remote role is available immediately and offers a pro-rata salary of up to £50k. You’ll play a central role in delivering the brand's b2b presence at of the industry’s most prestigious European events managing everything from planning through to delivery.

You must be available to start in the next few weeks and have international event experience (large conferences where you have ran the marketing and organisation for a b2b brand's presence).

While healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is helpful, it’s not essential. What we’re really looking for is someone with:

• Proven experience in B2B event and conference planning
• Strong coordination and campaign delivery skills
• Confidence working across multiple departments (marketing, sales, medical)
• The ability to hit the ground running and juggle multiple deadlines

Your role will include:

• Managing and coordinating large-scale industry events and exhibitions
• Handling logistics, from booth delivery to team attendance
• Supporting both digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Developing, translating, and tracking collateral and content
• Working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns
