Your Role
As an IT Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, systems, and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all IT functions align with our company's goals. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, security skills, leadership, and strong communication abilities.
What You Need to Succeed
Ideally, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or a Cisco networking and/or security qualification (CCNA or CCNP preferred). Experience in an IT environment with established 'Security first' principles and preferably 5+ years of experience in IT management, focusing on security, infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, network security, cloud computing, and data management; detailed IT security knowledge. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SQL Server; knowledge of NIS regulations; strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
