Join us in leading a high-impact payroll transformation project, integrating ADP GV with Workday and rolling out Workday Compensation & T&A modules!
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations & integrations (Workday, ADP)
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define scope, budgets & timelines
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery within deadlines
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep leadership informed with regular updates
- Drive alignment with business priorities while maintaining flexibility for new projects
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 7 years IT project management experience
- Minimum of 4+ years in payroll/Workday integration
- Proven end-to-end payroll system implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
- Excellent communication & ability to influence across teams
- Experience managing global integration projects (EMEA, US)
