Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, supporting leaders and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will provide strategic HR guidance, manage employee relations, drive talent initiatives, and ensure best-in-class HR support across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

  1. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  4. Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee growth and engagement.
  5. Drive HR projects that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
  6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or standalone HR Manager.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  5. Experience working with HR systems and tools is a plus.
