What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage E-Commerce Platforms: Take ownership of our Magento and WooCommerce platforms, ensuring they’re optimised, up-to-date, and running seamlessly.
  • Product Listings: Oversee product uploads, ensuring listings are accurate, engaging, and designed to drive sales.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse sales data and website performance to identify opportunities for growth, improve conversion rates, and boost revenue.
  • PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta, focusing on profitable customer acquisition.
  • UX/UI Optimisation: Strategise and implement improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to convert traffic into loyal, repeat customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, growth, and an exceptional customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • E-Commerce Expert: You understand sales funnels, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and digital marketing inside out.
  • Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Magento and WooCommerce is preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant e-commerce platform expertise.
  • Data-Obsessed: You’re driven by data, constantly testing, analysing, and making decisions based on insights.
  • Problem Solver: When challenges arise, you’re quick to find solutions and keep things moving.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Essentials:

  • Location: This is an office-based role in Manchester, Greater Manchester. You’ll need to reliably commute or relocate before starting.
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
