Key Responsibilities:

WEBSITE

  • Website Targets – Work with the wider team to ensure that website targets are met.
  • Web Development - Liaise with web developers to project manage all website development, UX improvements, bugs, fixes, upgrades, and testing.
  • Web Content & Products - Manage all website content, product catalogue and online imagery. Ensure all new collections are uploaded to Shopify, optimised and launched on time. Merchandise the collection pages to push stock and increase AOV.
  • Landing Pages and Themes – Build landing pages for campaigns using Shopify templates. Adapting themes to highlight new campaigns.
  • Web Banners – Create web banners using brand imagery and graphics for products and campaigns.
  • Strategies- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to maximise sales, conversion rate, AOV, revenue and online engagement.
  • Reporting - Produce regular reports to review online, campaign and product performance.
  • Promotions – Set up promotions on Shopify and test ahead of time to ensure the activity runs smoothly.
  • Apps – Manage 3rd party apps for shipping, product engraving, gift with purchase, bundles, stockist list, wishlist, and website search.
  • Payment Methods – Maintain payment platforms and methods, Shopify Payments, Clearpay, Klarna and gift cards.
  • Budgets – Manage ecommerce budgets and suggest areas to be more efficient with spend.
  • Competitor Monitoring – Review competitor’s sites to analyse online features, content, promotions, and usability.

EMAIL & SMS

  • Manage one team member, CRM Manager. Work with them to ensure that Email and SMS are performing well and continue to drive website traffic and revenue.
  • Ensure website and loyalty data points are efficiently flowing into Klaviyo to maximise segmentation options.
  • Assist in the development of the CRM Manager’s knowledge and skills.

LOYALTY & REVIEWS

  • Loyalty and Reviews - Monitor the loyalty and review programme and implement improvements.
  • Maximise Through Email & SMS – Work with the CRM Manager to maximise the loyalty programme through our Klaviyo platform.

PPC & SEO

  • PPC - Work with 3rd party agency to analyse and improve PPC performance to drive revenue and reach new/existing audiences.
  • SEO – Work with agency to improve ChloBo’s organic rankings and traffic.

AFFILIATES

  • Affiliate Programme – Run and monitor the affiliate programme through Rakuten. Work with publishers to secure content and links on their websites.

ODOO

  • Work with our Finance, Operations and Customer Service Team to maintain the connection to an ERP system called Odoo.

PRINT ASSETS

  • Re-order any printed assets accompanying internet orders, such as internet inserts, care cards, charm guides, necklace and earring cards.
  • Work with creative team if any new assets need designing.

WORKING WITH WIDER TEAM

  • Customer Service – Work with the Customer Service Manager to help resolve any customer issues or negative reviews.
  • Operations and Stock – Gather stock quantities for new launches or sale periods from the team. Discuss any product lines that need pushing.
  • Retail Wholesale – Work with the Retail Team who have a Retailer Media Portal and Blog page for their wholesale customers. Ensure any web developments they need on this page are completed by the web agency.
  • Finance – Create ad hoc reports to help finance.

Key Qualifications & Personal Qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or similar.

Must haves

  • At least 3+ years managing Shopify site
  • 3+ years in other B2C /E-Commerce business
  • Experience managing web developments, PPC, SEO with third-party agency
  • Photoshop / design experience for websites
  • Coordinating with multiple departments e.g customer service, brand, agency
  • Strong problem solving, strategic, analytical mindset.
  • Attention to detail, as well as strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Ecommerce strategies.

Nice to haves:

  • Passion/experience for the jewellery industry

START DATE: End of April / Start of May

REPORTING TO: Head of Marketing

WORKING HOURS: TBC Dependant on hire
