The role
We're on the hunt for a talent partner to support the continued growth in our technology department for the next 6 months. You'll play a leading role in shaping the hiring experience as a member of the Prolific Talent Team. You'll lead on top of funnel hiring activities from attraction through to interview, and play a pivotal part in championing our culture while building our employer brand.

What you'll bring to the role

• Proven background and experience in technical recruitment, attracting, and hiring world class talent in a fast growing product lead scaleup.
• Highly motivated, with a positive, pragmatic, roll-your-sleeves-up mentality.
• A desire to work hard, and fill roles with great people.
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Skilled in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, with the adaptability and resourcefulness to know when and how to apply them.
• A collaborative working style with the ability to build trust and strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for scalable, creative ways to enhance the hiring experience and recruitment processes.

What you'll be doing in the role

• Work closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organisation.
• Develop talent pipelines and execute tactical sourcing campaigns leveraging modern sourcing tools.
• Work with the wider Prolific team on tactical research & referral generation.
• Develop a deep understanding of Prolific, our product, and values to effectively articulate our mission and culture to prospective Prolificos.
• Qualify potential candidates to determine their suitability through phone interviewing and behavioral based questions.
• Utilise Data for reporting and influencing our hiring approach.
• Support and deliver our vision to create a world-class employer brand.
