Our client, based in Norwich, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their team. If you have previous experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

INTERVIEWS TO TAKE PLACE WEEK COMMENCING 31ST MARCH, WITH A START DATE OF THE 5TH MAY

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing support to customers, primarily over the phone but also through email and live chat channels. This includes addressing and resolving queries, including delays and complaints.
  2. Collaborating with their team to resolve delivery issues and identify any stock discrepancies.
  3. Assisting the team leader with additional administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably within a call centre environment.
  2. Proficiency in handling various methods of contact, including phone and email correspondence.
  3. Strong computer literacy skills.
  4. Previous experience in the furniture or homeware industry would be advantageous.
  5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and resolve conflicts.

  1. Possess an empathetic and motivational attitude towards customers.
  2. Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing tasks with little notice.
  3. Demonstrated drive to deliver top-quality customer service through excellent listening skills.
  4. A team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This position follows a 3-week rotating shift pattern:

  1. Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
  2. Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 7 pm
  3. Monday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 5 pm with 1 day off during the week.
