Job description

Role title: Administration Assistant

Place of work: Hampstead, North London/ Hybrid

Hours: Full time

Days of work: Monday - Friday

Starting Salary: £22,500 rising on successful completion of probationary period

About the Administration Assistant role:

Due to ongoing growth and investment in people within the business, we are now looking to recruit additional members to our Customer Services and Administration team. The role of the Administration Assistant is to assist the Enforcement Team in the effective management of all processes ensuring full compliance with industry standards at all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Opening, sorting and scanning post on a daily basis
  2. Entering data onto the case management system
  3. Processing machine refunds on bespoke back-office system
  4. Any other task(s) assigned to you

Administration Assistant personal management:
  1. Being focused on achieving your business targets
  2. Using available technology in support of your daily activities
  3. Communicating with the Customer Services Manager immediately a problem arises that will impact on the reputation of GroupNexus or its clients
  4. Communicating effectively with both external and internal customers
  5. Ensuring that company, client and customer confidentiality is maintained at all times
  6. Carrying out all tasks and activities in line with the company’s overall business objectives
  7. Ensuring BPA and DVLA compliance requirements are applied to all processes
