Key responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to manage financial records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
