Salary: £23,500 – £26,694 a year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and excellent phone etiquette. This role is essential by providing clerical support, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organise files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly using various software applications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent clerical skills, including typing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
