As a Senior Corporate Accountant you will be responsible to report monthly actuals figures and ensure the financial data accuracy of our corporate entity based in Switzerland.

You will establish the statutory accounts of this Holding entity and you will have the support of the central team in Switzerland & Barcelona.

In addition, you will provide support to establish and submit our VAT declarations for our main entity based in Switzerland. This entity has several VAT registrations in EU (FR, DE, UK, SE).

At times, you will also be supporting another corporate entities on different matters, and act as an administrator for our T&E tool (Concur).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting activities, be able to submit data in time with strong FTQ (First time quality)
• Prepare and submit VAT declarations linked to different VAT registrations in EU.
• Be the main contact for T&E tool (Concur) linked to corporate entities in case of question or issue (Low level of request).
• Responsible for IFRS and local GAAP reporting
• Collaborate on the simplification of financial accounting activities for the entities under the scope, perform various account reconciliations, compliance checks and work to resolve any discrepancies, issues.
• Work with the outsource accounting department and other external / Internal stakeholders.
