IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan the kickoff and follow up on projects
• Manage global projects with key stakeholders
• Work with multiple diverse technologies
• Prepare Request For Proposal (RFP)
• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Work in a global environment with virtual teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years in IT solutions and Project Management
• Experience with IT Projects related to digitalization processes
• Skilled in preparing RFPs and managing global projects
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in virtual teams
• Empathetic with adaptable interaction styles in global environments
