- Act as the drumbeat for the CBO (Chief Brand Officer) to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives
- Prepare, synthesize, and quality-check materials/presentations for decision and other stakeholder meetings
- Ensure effective communication and cascading of information within the CBO area in close alignment with the senior brand leadership team and key functional/market stakeholders
- Support CBO in tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests
- Be the “connector” of the CBO area by effectively driving cross-functional/cross-BU collaboration and communication and liaising within the CEO Head Office and the global Head Office network
- Support on sensitive/urgent CBO priority topics
- Set up and maintain executive KPIs & dashboards.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years professional experience ideally in the sporting goods or fashion industry
- Affinity for and solid understanding of brand strategy elements and priorities
- Experience in senior stakeholder communication and relationship building
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to structure information clearly
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
