Candidates will be responsible for performing c-checks, major modification, and structural repairs on Q400s and Challenger 850s. They will be adhering to the maintenance manuals and instructions to perform all duties. The role involves working under the structural shop manager.

The work environment consists of a clean and bright aircraft hangar shop floor with a team of around 10 in the structures department on a regular day shift. The dress code requires long sleeves, work pants (no rips), steel-toed boots, and safety glasses. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday, with options for day shifts (6:30 am - 3 pm) and afternoon shifts (2:30 pm - 11 pm). Shift arrangements are based on preference, and there is ample opportunity to work additional hours, including weekends.
