As a PL Software Analyst at John Deere, located at the Indaiatuba/SP unit, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the purchasing processes in our organization. You will be responsible for providing technical and functional support in the SAP MM module to internal users, solving problems, analyzing requirements, and proposing improvements to the solution. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in implementation projects, such as S4/HANA, with the goal of constantly enhancing the user experience. As part of a structured team that embraces agile methodologies, you will also collaborate with other IT teams and business partners to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Provide technical and functional support specialized in the SAP MM module to internal users, ensuring effective solutions for challenges related to the purchasing process;
• Collaborate with business teams to understand and analyze requirements, translating them into efficient technical solutions, applied to UX/UI concepts;
• Identify areas for improvement in the current solution and propose innovative suggestions to optimize purchasing processes;
• Actively participate in implementation and improvement projects, following agile practices, and ensuring delivery within established deadlines;
• Carry out rigorous tests to guarantee the functionality and quality of implemented solutions;
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business partners to ensure effective solution integration and alignment with business strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and/or related areas;
• Intermediate English (reads and writes emails independently, participates in calls and meetings);
• Proven experience in the SAP MM module;
• Solid experience in technical and functional support, especially in purchasing processes and related systems;
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and end users;
• Experience in preparing technical documentation;
• Availability for hybrid work modality: (50% in the office);
• Availability for travel 10%.

• Degree in IT, Logistics, Administration or equivalent areas;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in agile projects;
• Knowledge in UX/UI;
• Knowledge in Data Analysis;
• Knowledge in SAP S4/HANA;
• Knowledge in SAP FIORI;
