REPORTS TO: Warranty Support Manager

Support the maintenance activities as required to fulfill the warranty requirements of the New ATM System and support of the Top SkyHE system between the sites.

Pre Warranty / Support:
The following Roles & Responsibilities are to be conducted while under the direct supervision of the client while learning about the systems that comprise the new ATM System:

1. Implement equipment configurations and parameters for ATM solution(s) following detailed designs. Coordinate with management for assembly of an ATM system and interface with other departments within the Clients Australia office where necessary to accomplish the task.
2. Assist with detailed configuration design load validation and handover infrastructure and associated equipment onsite.

Warranty / Support:
The following Roles & Responsibilities are to be conducted with minimal input from the client:

1. Carry out further On-the-Job Training (OJT) with the nominated engineers.
2. Support the first line maintenance of the complete ATM system.
3. Coordinate and deliver technical instructions (maintenance scripts) derived from the equipment manuals, ensuring they are comprehensive enough for engineers to carry out first line maintenance of the complete ATM system.
4. Be available to travel to other sites where equipment and systems have been deployed during the Replacement of ATM System Project to ensure that the various systems are meeting their availability requirements.
5. Under the direction and guidance of the client's factory Engineering team, manage all software maintenance service activities in conjunction with the maintenance engineers located in the T&V Environment.
6. Assist the maintenance engineers when raising Problem Change Requests (PCRs).
7. Assist the maintenance personnel with the rollout of new software releases.
8. Assist and support the client's factory-based Engineers in resolving hardware problems by responding to hardware Repair Request Forms (RRF) and initiating hardware design changes (where necessary) to meet the New ATM System performance and warranty requirements or replace obsolete items.
9. Assist and support the client's factory-based Engineers in resolving software problems by responding to PCRs and initiating software changes (where necessary) to meet Replacement ATM System performance and warranty requirements.
10. If necessary, be available to travel to the client's offices in Melbourne, Australia, to participate in a Transfer of Knowledge training program.

Qualifications:

1. Possess intermediate level knowledge of UNIX / LINUX operating systems.
2. Advanced knowledge in computer peripherals (Input / Output (I/O) devices, storage devices, printers, and displays).
3. Advanced level knowledge of networking data transmission and protocols (Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) / Internet Protocol (IP) in particular).

Additional Information:

1. Must have experience in AIRPORTS with TopSky (HE) experience mandatory.
2. Understand technical English.
3. Advanced knowledge in computer hardware and microprocessor operation.
4. Strong electronic troubleshooting knowledge and skills.
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and graphical user Interfaces.
6. Intermediate level skills in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Visio).
7. Advanced knowledge in personnel and equipment safety requirements.
