Senior Service Engineer – Pumps & Engineering Equipment

Black & Grey HR is hiring a
Senior Service Engineer for a leading engineering equipment company. The role involves
managing service operations, generating inquiries, and upselling maintenance solutions for pumps, swimming pool media, light filters, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a service strategy to enhance client engagement.
2. Manage AMC contracts, retrofit projects, and equipment replacements.
3. Provide technical consultation on pump systems and maintenance.
4. Conduct site visits, identify service needs, and recommend solutions.
5. Ensure service quality, QHSE compliance, and timely execution.
6. Coordinate with clients, prepare technical proposals, and oversee invoicing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 5-8 years' experience in pump maintenance & service.
3. Strong technical expertise in pump systems & troubleshooting.
4. Network with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
5. Valid UAE driving license & proficiency in MS Office.
6. Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
