We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer with a passion for capturing stunning visuals that highlight the appeal of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography. Proficiency in video editing and drone photography will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties, ensuring they showcase each property's best features.
2. Plan and execute creative shoots including exterior, interior, and lifestyle shots of properties.
3. Edit photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal using advanced editing tools and software.
4. Use drone technology for aerial photography and videography to capture unique perspectives (when applicable).
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
6. Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and adopt innovative techniques to improve visual content quality.
8. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in photography and videography equipment (cameras, lighting, stabilizers, etc.).
10. Advanced photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
11. Experience in drone operation and aerial photography (certification is a plus).
12. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and editing techniques specific to real estate.
13. Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography.
14. Proven track record of creating high-quality visual content for property marketing.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Creativity and attention to detail to deliver visually stunning content.
3. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
4. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with property managers, agents, and other stakeholders.
5. Experience in virtual tour creation and 360-degree photography.
6. Knowledge of local regulations for drone usage (if applicable).
7. Familiarity with social media platforms and optimizing visual content for digital marketing.
