Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by leveraging product knowledge, brand equity, and market awareness.
  • Lead Conversion: Systematically pursue provided leads with strategies tailored to specific customer needs, aiming for at least a 50% conversion rate.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 70% or higher and a product adoption rate of at least 70%.
  • Lead Generation: Generate an additional 30% of leads through personal efforts, including networking, research, telesales, emails, social media, and field visits.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and provide systematic feedback from clients to internal teams, aiding in the development of customer-centric solutions and enhancing product offerings.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and assist management in developing strategies for market penetration and growth in new regions.
  • Service Delivery Support: Collaborate with service teams to ensure the successful delivery of services, guaranteeing high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Experience with Bitrix or Salesforce tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, assessment, projection, presentation, and reporting skills.
