Job Description

The Head of Marketing for both online and offline channels is responsible for overseeing the entire marketing strategy, planning, and execution across all touchpoints of the customer journey. This includes digital marketing efforts (online) such as social media, email campaigns, search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, and website management, as well as offline efforts including events, print advertising, public relations, and direct mail campaigns. This role focuses on ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, managing a cross-functional team, and driving marketing initiatives that result in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both online and offline channels.
  2. Align marketing strategies with company objectives and sales targets.
  3. Oversee creative development and campaign execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.

2. Team Leadership and Collaboration

  1. Lead a team of marketing professionals across digital and traditional marketing functions.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members from product, sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure unified messaging.
  3. Guide the creative process for all marketing campaigns.

3. Budget Management

  1. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to both digital and offline efforts based on historical data, trends, and business needs.
  2. Optimize ROI on all marketing investments.

4. Brand Management

  1. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  2. Monitor and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activities.

5. Market Analysis and Reporting

  1. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
  2. Track and analyze key performance metrics to adjust campaigns as needed.

6. Customer Acquisition & Retention Strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field.
  2. Proven working experience in marketing for both online and offline channels, particularly within the industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  4. Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis, and financial planning.
  5. Leadership and project management capabilities.
  6. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
