What this Job Involves:

1. Achieve individual monthly targets.
2. Promote Dubai and other UAE properties through private meetings, events, and networking.
3. Presenting to potential clients and conducting viewings.
4. Deal with inquiries/requirements based on Casa Estrella's guidelines in a professional manner.
5. Management of new and existing leads updating activities in the CRM.
6. Support Casa Estrella's social media posts, marketing events, and promotional initiatives.
7. Sign up potential key connectors and referral partners to create a revenue pipeline.
8. Support advertising and PR strategies.
9. Maintain and build Casa Estrella's profile in the market.
10. Abide by RERA standards and business codes of ethics.

Requirements:

1. At least one year experience in the real estate market in Dubai.
2. Strong negotiation and selling skills.
3. Good command of written and spoken English (multilingual skills are a plus).
4. Driven individual who is motivated to attain financial success.
5. Understand the sales process and buyer motivations.
6. Must be proactive and passionate about real estate and client servicing.
7. Competent in using Microsoft Office.
8. Team player.
