Basic Salary : AED 4000 per month.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on promoting our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accreditation. This role involves reaching out to potential clients in the region, establishing connections with conferences, and exploring innovative communication channels to enhance client engagement. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Client Outreach: Proactively contact potential CPD clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our training programs and services.
- Conference Engagement: Research and connect with regional conferences to inform them about our CPD offerings and explore partnership opportunities.
- Communication Strategy Development: Identify and implement new communication methods to effectively reach target clients, including the use of social media, webinars, and direct marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts and provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights, presenting findings to management during team meetings.
- Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and current clients to foster relationships and encourage conversions.
- Translation of Marketing Materials: Translate various marketing materials, brochures, and course content from English to Arabic to ensure effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients.
Work Experience
6-12 years experience in Sales, preferably in the education, training center sector, and CPD Experience.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or training sectors.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
