We are seeking a qualified Clinical Pathologist with fluency in Arabic to join our accredited healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnostic laboratory services quality assurance and laboratory management. This position is critical in supporting accurate and timely patient diagnoses across clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology and immunology.
- Interpret laboratory test results in various disciplines (e.g. clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology).
- Oversee laboratory processes to ensure diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinicians to support patient management based on lab findings.
- Review and approve abnormal test results and critical values.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.
